Questions
Yes. No fee, no card, no trial. We do this because a fair number of people who see their report ask us to fix things — but plenty don't, and that's fine.
No. Everything we check is visible from the outside, the same as any customer visiting your site. We never ask for passwords or logins.
Not at all. The report is yours — many people simply forward it to whoever maintains their site. It's written so a developer can act on it directly.
No. We send the report, and one short message a few days later to ask if you have questions. If you don't reply, that's the end of it.
Two working days. If we're going to be slower than that, we'll tell you when you send it.
