We do not ask for, and do not want, your passwords or account logins unless you are an active client and it is necessary for work you have asked us to do. Our free website health check requires no access to your website at all — we only look at what is publicly visible.

We process this information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form or engage us, and where necessary to perform a contract with you or to meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Marketing messages

If you request a health check, a quote, or any other enquiry, we will contact you about that request. We may send one short follow-up message afterwards to ask whether you have questions. If you do not reply, we stop.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to bulk marketing lists without your agreement. If you have agreed to receive updates, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing us.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed:

Our site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiry data to those who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information in our care and will inform you and the relevant authority if a breach affects your personal data.

10. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
