The Rules — In Writing
Published terms are transparency. Here's exactly how it works.
Payment: rewards are paid after the referred client pays us — within 3 days, via GPay or bank transfer. Monthly-service rewards are paid after the client's second month.
12-month window: if a business you introduced signs with us any time within 12 months, the reward is yours.
Genuine introductions: the business should know you're connecting us. Existing clients and enquiries already in discussion with us can't be claimed as referrals.
Clients can choose: if you're a ZenoraTech client, you can take your reward as cash or as a discount on your own maintenance or next project.
What we never pay for: Google reviews. Reviews must always be genuine and unpaid — this program rewards introductions only.
Frequently Asked Questions
When do I get paid?
Within 3 days of the referred client making their payment to us. Website project rewards are paid after the client's advance; monthly-service rewards are paid after the client's second month.
What counts as a referral?
A genuine introduction — you connect us with a business owner who knows you're introducing us, by WhatsApp, call, or in person. Just sending us a phone number without the business expecting our call doesn't count.
How long is my referral valid?
12 months. If a business you introduced signs up with us any time within 12 months of the introduction, the reward is yours — even if they take time to decide.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes — there's no limit. Every converted referral earns its own reward, and your personal dashboard tracks all of them.
