Either. Many clients have us design and build together, which is usually faster. If you have your own developers, we're happy to design only and hand over.
Yes, on final payment. The file is yours to keep, edit and take anywhere.
Your quote states the number — usually two rounds per stage. We review at each stage precisely so that big changes don't arrive at the end.
Often not. A UX review may show that a few specific pages are causing the problem. We'll tell you if a targeted fix will do rather than selling you a rebuild.
A landing page is usually days; a full website two to three weeks; a web app depends on the number of screens. You'll get a timeline with the quote.
Yes. Send your logo, colours and any brand guidelines and we'll design within them.
